Please NOTE: This technical bulletin applies to CAPITAL Office 7.41 and below. The information in this article is not applicable to CAPITAL Office 7.5 and above, which creates separate mail out folders automatically.
If you have multiple copies of Visual Builder running on your network and more than one computer has permission to send emails, then it is very important to specify a unique File Output Directory for each computer that will be electronically transmitting mail. For example:
for the first PC, and:
for the second PC and so on.
If this is not done, multiple copies of Visual Builder may attempt to email the same documents at the same time.
To specify separate email out directories, start INSTALLATION Workshop and from the menu select Install|Electronic Document Exchange. Then specify a separate directory name in "File Output Directory".
If the directory does not yet exist it will be created. Then exit and save your changes.
This step must be repeated for each computer that CAPITAL is run on.
