How to Turn Off Maintenance Mode

This bulletin is for administrators or users who have accidentally placed CAPITAL Office in Maintenance Mode and need to deactivate this mode and reactivate their software.

This mode is active when the following message appears when users try to start CAPITAL:

Sorry, this application is presently closed for maintenance.
Please try again later.

To deactivate maintenance mode:

Launch Server Agent, typically found in ..\CAPITAL as CapAgent.EXE

Click on Maintenance Mode button.
