If you have BitDefender anti-virus installed and are presented with blocked access when trying to download your software updates:
1. Open BitDefender.
2. Click on settings icon (cog) at top of application.
3. Select Protection
4. Turn off Protection Shield
5. Log in and download your updates
6. Turn Protection Shield back on.
