Ensure that SMB2 file caches are turned off. Instructions on which registry settings to change are described here:

To establish whether it is necessary to alter your registry settings:

1. Start CAPITAL Business Manager.
2. From the menu at the top select Help|About CAPITAL Business Manager
3. Press the System Info button.
4. Scroll down until you locate the Registry section.

The three REG values should all be set to zero:
